fail.... eve time ain't uk time during the summertime, cuz of daylight savings.
In the UK, GMT is the official time only during winter; during summer British Summer Time is used. GMT is the same as Western European Time.
British Summer Time (BST) is the civil time during the summer months in the United Kingdom during which the clocks are advanced from Greenwich Mean Time(GMT) by one hour
So in the U.K we are now one hour in advance of UTC |

EVE Online: Incursion 1.6 is currently being deployed during an extended downtime on Tuesday, May 31.?????? Downtime began at 10:00 UTC and is now expected to be completed at 17:00 UTC

I found no patch on the site, and there's no patch-download starting when i try to log in. I allso tried running the repair tool to no help.
My advice would be to keep checking the forums and now and again fire the game up and see if the autoupdate is ready.
I would not advise you to download patches that are not from the specific EvE-download link here <<left panel<<

Just gonna re-post the direct download link to the patch:

As stated this works and is free of virus/malware.
And for those that want the mac patch, it's

This installed great and starts up with the new version #. Still can't connect of course :P
And what if the patch they release on startup is not 259851 to 264377? and lets say for example its: 259851 to 264400 and there is no patch in existence that is 264377 to 264400....what ya gonna do? huh?

The update has been downloaded. The client will now close and the update process begin.

Seems the auto update is now LIVE

Downtime for deployment of Incursion 1.6 has been extended to 19:00 UTC due to issues we have discovered with starbases. We are currently reviewing the fixes before opening Tranquility to the players. Thank you for your continued patience.
